Returns & Exchanges

At Omnia, we want you to shop with confidence.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or defective, you are eligible for a free replacement or a full refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

If you change your mind, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery for store credit.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging must be included

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Omnia is not responsible for lost return shipments

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your exchange accordingly.


Refunds

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty)

Warranty

All products come with a standard limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
